A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, he specialises in corporate governance, financial structuring, and risk assessment.

Actively involved in property development from site acquisition to construction, Wayne knows the real-world challenges builders and developers face.

For the past two years, Wayne has been a driving force on Squirrel’s Credit Committee, helping shape credit policies, review deals, and oversee our credit processes. This experience positions him well to lead Squirrel’s Credit Fund, ensuring sound investment opportunities and sustainable returns for investors.
