Lillian brings over 16 years of banking experience with Westpac, spanning both retail and corporate banking. Fluent in Mandarin, she has a strong network in the Asian community and specialises in residential and commercial lending. She’s passionate about helping clients find the right lending solutions to support their property and business goals — combining local market knowledge and cultural insight to deliver the best outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys jogging, Pilates and discovering great coffee spots with friends and family. And while it’s not exactly an everyday indulgence, she swears by durian as her ultimate treat — love it or hate it, she’s a fan! Fun fact: Lillian has twin sisters — and they look so alike it often causes double takes!

Qualifications

Bachelor of Finance and Accounting, and NZ Certification in Financial Services.

How Lillian is paid

Lillian is a salaried adviser and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
