Kat made the move up to the big smoke from Christchurch with her family and brings with her two decades of valuable experience in the financial industry. In her downtime, Kat works hard on her home’s colourful renovations with a strict ‘anything but white’ policy, with a reward of tasty food and a beverage with mates after a hard day’s work.
Kat specialises in first home buyers, construction lending and property investing.
Qualifications: NZ Certification in Financial Services. Kat McInnes is a regulated Financial Adviser and provides specialist mortgage advice. Squirrel Mortgages is a licensed Financial Advice Provider and regulated by the Financial Markets Authority to provide advice on mortgages.
